Delivery and payment

Orders are processed and handed over for delivery within 1–2 business days after confirmation by a manager. We deliver throughout Ukraine with Nova Poshta to a branch, parcel locker, or by courier to your address. Delivery cost is calculated at the carrier’s rates upon receipt.

Order processing schedule

Orders can be placed online 24/7. We process and hand them over for delivery on business days, Mon–Fri from 9:00 to 18:00. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
