The appropriate dosage of BPC-157 is 12-15 units per day. 

Additional instructions for use:

Adjust the pen selector by turning it to 12 or 15 (1 unit equals 1 increment on the selector), and inject into the abdomen or the front of the thigh. After injecting the medication, wait 10 seconds before removing the needle. Rotating the injection site is recommended. 

The duration of a cycle with this peptide is 1 to 3 months. 

One pen contains 300 units of 33.3 mcg each. 

One BPC-157 pen (10 mg) lasts 24-28 days, depending on the daily dosage. 

Examples of pen units for BPC-157 (10 mg) and the corresponding micrograms:
