MOTS-c is a peptide molecule discovered by Dr Ping Ling and a team of scientists at the University of Southern California. MOTS-c was found in the "energy centres" of cells, the mitochondria. Studies show that MOTS-c may improve glucose tolerance, which is useful in the treatment of diabetes. A study published in "Cell Metabolism" showed that participants who used MOTS-c had better muscle function and greater physical endurance than the control group. MOTS-c is also thought to have a positive effect on cognitive function and sleep quality. Another study published in "Nature Communications" demonstrates improved cognitive function and sleep quality in participants who took MOTS-c. MOTS-c is a signalling molecule that can interact with various cells and organs in the body. The peptide may reduce chronic inflammation and slow ageing processes, supporting health and longevity.

Correct use and dosage of MOTS-c

Taking approximately 50 units once every 5 days is recommended. One 10 mg cartridge contains 200 units, which corresponds to approximately one month of use. Possible side effects of MOTS-c. No side effects from taking MOTS-c have currently been recorded, but their possibility cannot be ruled out, especially at high doses and if the recommended regimen is not followed. Possible side effects reported very rarely in some studies include:
