TirzeMax Clinical Trials: Results

TirzeMax has been tested in several clinical studies. They showed that the product helps with type 2 diabetes and promotes weight loss in people who are overweight.

What the trials showed:

SURPASS-1: More than 4,500 people with diabetes and high blood glucose participated in the phase 3 study. Blood glucose returned to normal more effectively in those taking TirzeMax than in those treated with other medicines for type 2 diabetes. The participants also lost weight.

SURMOUNT-1: The phase 2 trial involved 478 people who were overweight but did not have diabetes. All participants lost weight after taking the peptide.

SURPASS-2: The phase 3 study involved 1,879 people with type 2 diabetes who had not previously received treatment. The results confirmed that the product lowers blood glucose effectively.

Another clinical study involving 2,121 people with diabetes and high blood glucose compared treatment with insulin and TirzeMax. Blood glucose decreased more in patients taking TirzeMax than in those using insulin. The first group also lost more weight.

Use:

The dosage of TirzeMax depends on the patient's specific needs and goals. The product is usually used at a dose of 2.5 mg, and after the fourth week the dose may be increased to 5 mg-10 mg if necessary.

Additional instructions for use: 1 unit equals 1 increment on the dial. Inject into the abdomen or front of the thigh.

After injecting the product, wait 10 seconds before removing the needle. Rotating the injection site is recommended.

The 20 mg pen contains 200 units of 100 mcg each.

  The 40 mg pen contains 200 units of 200 mcg each.
