Use:

Add  3.0 ml  of bacteriostatic water → concentration ~  23.3 mg/ml.

Daily dose:  2330 mcg  (2.33 mg) once a day for 4 weeks.

 

Simple measurement: at a concentration of 23.3 mg/ml  one unit = 0.01 ml ≈ 233 mcg  on a U-100 insulin syringe.
