The product is a ready-to-use injectable solution containing 40 mg of the active substance. It is supplied in a convenient pen, making it easy to use anywhere.
Retatrutide 20/40 mg pen is designed to treat obesity, type 2 diabetes and possibly other metabolic disorders.
It is a multi-target incretin receptor agonist, meaning that it activates three types of receptors at once:
GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) reduces appetite, slows gastric emptying and improves insulin sensitivity.
GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic peptide) regulates insulin secretion and fat metabolism.
Glucagon receptors participate in the regulation of energy metabolism and help burn fat.
The product mimics the effects of natural gastrointestinal hormones that regulate hunger and satiety, blood glucose levels and the rate of fat burning.
Clinical trials have shown very high efficacy in reducing body weight, up to 24% of initial weight over 48 weeks in people with obesity.
Like other GLP-1 agonists, Retatrutide may cause some side effects, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation and reduced appetite.
Retatrutide may be contraindicated in cases of severe gastrointestinal disease, cancer risks (especially a history of thyroid tumours), pregnancy and breastfeeding, pancreatitis (past or current), and severe liver or kidney dysfunction.

Weeks 1-4, 2 mg each;
Weeks 5-8, 4 mg each;
Weeks 9-12, 6 mg each;
From week 13, 8-12 mg each.
